YoCareerAI is a career automation platform that helps users organize career profiles, discover job opportunities, draft application materials, send application emails, track application status, monitor recruiter replies, prepare for interviews, schedule career events, and receive notifications through supported channels.

YoCareerAI may use AI systems, browser automation, email integrations, calendar integrations, WhatsApp integrations, job-source adapters, and other tools to provide the service. Features may vary by subscription plan, account configuration, jurisdiction, connected integrations, and third-party availability.

Users are responsible for providing accurate, lawful, and truthful profile information, qualifications, employment history, education history, work authorization, contact information, documents, and application preferences.

Users must not use YoCareerAI to impersonate another person, submit false qualifications, misrepresent work authorization, spam employers, bypass website rules, scrape prohibited sources, submit abusive content, violate intellectual-property rights, or engage in unlawful hiring or employment activity.

Users are responsible for reviewing applications, generated documents, and AI-drafted replies where review is required or advisable. AI output may contain errors and should not be treated as legal, immigration, financial, or employment advice.

Automation runs only within the permissions, limits, profile settings, subscription plan, and safety controls configured for the user's account. YoCareerAI may pause automation when profile data is incomplete, a website blocks automation, a CAPTCHA or login challenge appears, a sensitive question requires review, payment fails, suspicious activity is detected, or a user or administrator disables automation.

Some job applications may require manual review, user confirmation, employer account creation, CAPTCHA completion, document approval, or confirmation of sensitive answers before submission. YoCareerAI does not guarantee that every job source or employer website will allow automation.

Users may connect Google, email, calendar, WhatsApp, or other communication services. By connecting an integration, the user authorizes YoCareerAI to use that integration for the selected career automation features, such as sending application emails, monitoring recruiter replies, creating calendar events, and sending notifications.

Users may revoke integrations through YoCareerAI settings or through the third-party provider's account permissions. Revoking an integration may stop related features from working.

YoCareerAI depends on third-party services and APIs. We are not responsible for downtime, delays, policy changes, account restrictions, message delivery failures, email filtering, calendar provider limitations, WhatsApp limitations, or employer-site changes caused by third parties.

Paid plans, usage limits, billing cycles, renewals, cancellation rules, and included features are shown in the product or checkout flow. Fees are charged through supported payment providers. Taxes, exchange rates, payment-provider fees, and bank fees may apply.

YoCareerAI may suspend or limit paid features for failed payments, chargebacks, suspected fraud, plan abuse, or violation of these Terms. Unless otherwise required by law or stated in a separate refund policy, fees are not automatically refundable after services have been provided.

YoCareerAI does not guarantee job interviews, job offers, employment, compensation, visa sponsorship, employer responses, recruiter responses, or successful application outcomes. Hiring decisions are made by employers, recruiters, job boards, and other third parties.

Users must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected parts of the platform, abuse automation, overload job websites, use stolen credentials, submit malware, or use YoCareerAI to violate law or third-party terms.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for users or third parties, threaten platform reliability, or expose YoCareerAI or Videmak, Inc. to legal or operational risk.

YoCareerAI, its software, design, workflows, trademarks, branding, and documentation are owned by Videmak, Inc. or its licensors. Users retain ownership of their original career documents and profile information, subject to the license needed for YoCareerAI to operate the service.

Users grant YoCareerAI permission to host, process, transform, summarize, transmit, and display user content as needed to provide the requested features.

Our Privacy Policy explains how YoCareerAI collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects data, including Google user data, email metadata, WhatsApp notification data, calendar event data, and automation logs. The Privacy Policy is part of these Terms.

YoCareerAI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free AI output, successful integrations, successful applications, or compatibility with every job source or third-party service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YoCareerAI and Videmak, Inc. are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, lost employment opportunities, or third-party decisions arising from use of the service.

We may update the service, change features, add or remove integrations, adjust automation limits, modify pricing, or update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the product, website, or other reasonable means. Continued use after changes means the user accepts the updated Terms.
