Subprocessors

These are the companies that process personal information on our behalf to run YoCareerAI. See the Privacy Policy for how we use your information.

Each provider processes data only on our instructions, under a contract with confidentiality, security and, where needed, international-transfer terms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).
2. Services you connect
Google (Gmail, Google Calendar, Sign in with Google), Microsoft (Outlook, Microsoft 365) and Zoho Mail are used only if you connect them, to act in your own account. They are your providers rather than our subprocessors, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
3. Job-data sources
We collect public job postings from job boards, employer career sites and job-data providers. When we search them we send search terms such as job titles and locations, never your name, contact details or documents.
4. Changes
We update this page before a new subprocessor starts processing personal information. Business customers who need advance notice can ask at admin@videmak.org.
