AI and Automation Disclosure

• Matching: reading job postings and ranking them against your profile. Match scores are suggestions to help you choose; they are not hiring decisions.
• Documents: drafting and tailoring CVs, cover letters and answers from the information you provided.
• Applications: reading application forms and deciding which of your saved information answers each question.
• Email: recognising recruiter replies, interview and assessment invitations, verification codes and rejections in a mailbox you connect.

We use Azure OpenAI Service from Microsoft. Your data is not used to train the provider's models, and we do not use your data or your mailbox content to train generalised AI models.

• Copilot mode: YoCareerAI prepares and fills in the application, and you review it and approve it before it is submitted.
• AI apply: YoCareerAI fills in and submits applications for jobs that match your settings, up to the limits you set. You can pause it at any time.

Applications are filled in using an automated browser. Each application in your tracker shows what was submitted and, for 30 days, screenshots of the session.

• Invent facts about you: qualifications, licences, registration numbers, employers, job titles, dates, certifications, right to work, visa status, criminal record, religion, health or disability. These are answered only from what you have provided.
• Disclose your religion, ethnicity, gender, disability or marital status in optional questions: it chooses “Prefer not to say” where it can, and uses your saved answers only where a form requires the question.
• Reuse a right-to-work answer you gave for one country in another country.
• Bypass identity verification or phone-based multi-factor checks.
• Pay fees, accept job offers, or sign employment contracts on your behalf.

When it does not know an answer or a step needs you, it pauses and adds the question to your “Needs you” checklist. You answer once, the answer is saved for future applications where it applies, and the application continues.

AI can make mistakes: it can misread a job posting or a form, or write something that is not quite right. Check your profile and documents, and use Copilot mode when you want to see each application first. Tell us about any mistake and we will help fix it.

Employers may use their own automated tools to screen applications. Those tools and decisions are theirs, not ours.

You can switch between Copilot mode and AI apply, change limits, pause automation, see every application and its status, and delete saved answers and documents at any time. Questions or concerns: admin@videmak.org.
