MACHINE OPERATOR

About the Role Napco National is seeking a Machine Operator to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of experience, focusing on ensuring machine efficiency, product quality, and adherence to safety standards. Key Responsibilities Facilitate the work of the Quality Inspector and ensure product conformity with standard finished goods specifications. Ensure proper cleaning of the production line during the shift and at month-end. Complete and submit daily production reports to the Production Team Leader. Set up machines correctly and perform necessary size changes. Ensure proper handling of raw materials received from and returned to the Raw Material warehouse. Verbally inform the Lead Operator and Line Setter of any machine-related issues. Verify that all finished goods pallets, waste bins, waste trolleys, and raw materials are in their designated locations. Comply with and follow all safety and environmental instructions, and participate in toolbox talks provided by the HSE officer. Participate in consultation at all applicable levels and functions, including the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation, and improvement actions for the OH&S management system. Qualifications and Experience A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar machine operator role. Demonstrated ability to operate and maintain machinery effectively. Understanding of quality control standards and safety protocols. Work Environment This role is based in Dammam , within the Eastern Region, and involves working in a manufacturing environment. The Machine Operator will collaborate closely with Quality Inspectors, Production Team Leaders, Lead Operators, and Line Setters.
