Architect to support raw land development- Direct Hire US Civil Engineering Company

Job Description US Experience Needed. Strong written and spoken English required Dutch Contracting is seeking an Architect to support raw land development and early-stage project visioning. This role focuses on feasibility studies for undeveloped sites and high-quality home and site renderings that use the latest AI tools. You will work closely with our pre-construction, earthwork, and estimating teams to evaluate sites, identify constraints and opportunities, and produce compelling visuals that help clients and internal teams make decisions faster.Key Responsibilities Perform feasibility studies for raw land, including site analysis, access, grading potential, utilities, constraints, and high-level development options Coordinate with civil/engineering input on earthwork, grading, pads, and underground utilities Produce photorealistic and conceptual home and site renderings using current AI visualization tools alongside traditional architectural methods Support pre-construction with constructability input, conceptual layouts, and visual packages for client presentations Translate rough site data and client intent into clear development concepts and renderings Stay current on AI rendering and visualization tools and recommend improvements to our workflow Qualifications Licensed Architect (California preferred) or strong equivalent experience in residential/land-development architecture Experience with raw land or greenfield site feasibility Proficiency with AI-assisted architectural visualization (examples: Midjourney, Flux, Veras, LookX, or similar) plus conventional tools (Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Photoshop, or equivalent) Understanding of grading, pads, utilities, and constructability on Northern California sites is a strong plus Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with contractors, clients, and internal project teams Portfolio that includes both feasibility/site work and high-quality renderings required Pay: Php62,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
