You will support U.S. customers and coordinate daily service operations with technicians and the management team. Main responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally. Schedule appointments and coordinate technician visits. Follow up on estimates, repair progress, and customer requests. Keep customers informed about appointments, delays, and next steps.
