WE’RE HIRING: HR GENERALIST WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING? RECRUITMENT & TALENT ACQUISITION – 60–70% Handle sourcing, screening, interviews, job offers, and candidate coordination Partner with hiring managers on job requirements and candidate evaluation Build talent pipelines through job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels Monitor recruitment metrics and hiring progress Support employer branding and improve candidate experience Continuously improve recruitment and selection processes HR OPERATIONS – 30–40% Maintain employee 201 files and HR records Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee requirements Support attendance, leave, regularization, and employee movements Prepare HR documents, forms, and memos Assist with HR policies and employee concerns WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR? 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment or HR Strong communication and organizational skills Proactive, resourceful, and able to work under pressure Strong interviewing and talent assessment skills Fast-paced and results-oriented Knows how to spot talent beyond the resume Send your updated resume to: careers@secondskinholdings.com
