Psychiatric Medical Director Our client is a growing healthcare organization looking for an experienced Psychiatric Medical Director to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Psychiatrist who is interested in providing clinical leadership while continuing to see patients and make an impact on the quality of care being provided. The Position: The Psychiatric Medical Director will provide clinical leadership and oversight while continuing to provide direct patient care. This position is approximately 70% clinical and 30% administrative , making it a great opportunity for a Psychiatrist who wants to maintain a strong clinical presence while taking on additional leadership responsibilities. Requirements: Florida Medical License BE/BC in Psychiatry Psychiatric leadership/management experience required Strong clinical and communication skills Monday - Friday schedule No Nights No Weekends Responsibilities: Provide psychiatric care to patients Provide clinical leadership and oversight to the psychiatric team Approximately 70% clinical / 30% administrative Establish and maintain clinical standards, protocols, and evidence-based practices Supervise and mentor psychiatric providers and clinical staff Assist with Quality Improvement initiatives Monitor clinical outcomes and help improve patient care Collaborate with leadership regarding clinical operations and strategic initiatives Support compliance with applicable regulatory and healthcare standards Please apply or send your CV to Justin@theipgteam.com .
