About the role Location: Remote Position: Senior Software Engineer / AI Engineer Seniority: Senior SBA: €32,000 gross/year Modality: 100% Remote ⚡ Start Date: Priority project - we are looking to close the position quickly We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer / AI Engineer with solid experience in Python, AWS, distributed systems, and Generative Artificial Intelligence , to participate in the development of a platform based on LLMs and multi-agent systems . We are looking for a software engineering profile that can take AI solutions from prototype to maintainable, observable, reproducible, and production-ready components . What you'll do You will work on the development of Generative AI and specialized agent capabilities oriented towards the analysis of large code repositories and enterprise legacy systems. Other duties include: Development of component inventory agents . Identification of ASO services and HOST transactions . Extraction of main and alternative flows. Identification of validations and business rules in Java/JSP . Consolidation of functional and technical documentation. Development of specialized sub-agents for file analysis and interpretation. Management of dependencies between agents. Injection of repository-specific context. Filtering and selective processing of large code structures. Execution reporting and pipeline observability . What we're looking for ✅ Solid experience developing with Python . ✅ Development of backend services and processing pipelines . ✅ Practical experience with AWS , especially: ECS Step Functions S3 CloudWatch ✅ Experience working with APIs and distributed services . ✅ Git and collaborative development best practices. ✅ Experience in automated testing with Python . ✅ Ability to diagnose performance, concurrency, memory, and large-scale data processing issues. We are looking for real experience working with LLMs and agent-based systems : Design and maintenance of complex prompts . Management of context windows and problem decomposition strategies. Design of specialized agents and invocable tools . Multi-agent orchestration patterns. Evaluation of generative outputs and reduction of hallucinations through context and validations. RAG and context structuring. Use of Golden Sets for quality evaluation. Nice to have ➕ Experience with banking or enterprise legacy systems . ➕ Knowledge of Java, JSP, and J2EE architectures . ➕ Knowledge of SGM / CBTF . ➕ Experience with ASO, HOST transactions , or other legacy integration patterns. ➕ Experience processing and analyzing large code repositories . ➕ OpenTelemetry and observability. ➕ Event-driven architectures, queues, and concurrent processing. ➕ Design of JSON structures or persistent models for information exchange between agents.
