The role requires experience in HR administration and general services, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and basic computer proficiency to support efficient administrative operations. Qualification and Educational Background B.A. degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Public Administration, or a related field. Relevant Work Experience and Required Skills Experience in HR administration, general service management, and personnel affairs in manufacturing setups. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience. Excellent interpersonal skills and basic computer application proficiency. Required Skill Communication skills.
