Responsible for the preparation, development, and coordination of architectural plans and designs for ZWRI projects. He assists the Planning and Design Manager in the planning, design development, and preparation of architectural plans and technical documentation for ZWRI projects, ensuring functionality, design quality, constructability, coordination with other disciplines, and compliance with applicable building codes and project requirements. Assists in developing architectural concepts, site layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and other design requirements and develops 3D models, renderings, presentation materials, and other visual outputs when required.
