A well-established company operating across construction, mining, and import/export is looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficient coordination across business activities. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily operational activities across construction, mining, and import/export operations. Develop and implement operational plans, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency and productivity. Coordinate teams, projects, suppliers, contractors, logistics, and other operational partners. Monitor operational performance, budgets, resources, and timelines. Ensure projects and business activities are delivered efficiently, safely, and according to company standards. Manage procurement, logistics, inventory, and supply-chain activities where applicable. Coordinate with management, finance, HR, technical teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders. Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions. Monitor compliance with company policies, applicable regulations, safety requirements, and industry standards. Prepare regular operational reports and provide management with recommendations for improvement. Lead, supervise, and develop operational teams. Support business expansion and the implementation of new operational initiatives. Requirements 6–8 years of relevant professional experience Experience in construction, mining, import/export, logistics, or related industries is highly preferred. Strong experience in managing teams, projects, suppliers, and day-to-day business operations. Excellent planning, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Good understanding of procurement, logistics, budgeting, and operational controls. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Strong computer and reporting skills. A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
