HR Manager

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field. At least 3-5 years of HR experience, with experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices Experience in recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits and performance management knowledge of government-mandated benefitsand statutory compliance Strong leadership, communication,organizational and problem-solving skills High level of confidentiality, professionalism and integrity Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, HRIS experience is a advantage PREFERRED Experience in handling DOLE-related concerns and labor cases Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and systems Experience in managing an HR team HRIS/payroll system experience Strong background in employee relations and compliance.
