Human Resource Manager

The HR Manager will oversee the daily operations and strategic functions of the HR Department. This role ensures the consistent execution of HR programs including employee relations, compliance, compensation, and organizational support. She/He will play a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting risk management activities, and optimizing the effectiveness of HR services across all company branches. Key Responsibilities Manage and implement recruitment, talent management, and organizational development strategies. Oversee labor relations, employee engagement activities, and support compliance with labor laws. Manage and optimize compensation systems, salary structuring, and payroll administration. Conduct audits, analyze HR data, and propose improvements in HR processes and performance. Lead team coordination, ensure workload allocation, and provide developmental support for HR staff. Work Location and Schedule Monday to Friday; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Sitio Banlic, Cabalantian, Bacolor Pampanga The candidate hired will be assigned to St. Theresa Dialysis Center Inc ., a sister company of Sta. Ana Healthcare Plus Corporation.
