HR Manager

About the role We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager who will oversee the company's human resources operations, with strong expertise in Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, employee relations, and payroll administration. The ideal candidate is not only experienced in general HR management but can confidently advise management and employees on labor-related matters, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and oversee accurate and timely payroll processing. Key responsibilities Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee concerns Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations Ensure proper documentation of employee incidents and corrective actions Provide guidance to management on employee-related matters Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding Maintain accurate and confidential employee records Ensure compliance with the Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and applicable employment laws Oversee the end-to-end payroll process and ensure accurate and timely salary payments Prepare HR reports, manpower reports, payroll summaries, and management reports About you Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably with at least 2–3 years in an HR supervisory or managerial role Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations Solid experience in end-to-end payroll processing Knowledge of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR requirements Strong employee relations and conflict-resolution skills Experience handling disciplinary cases and labor-related concerns Excellent understanding of statutory benefits and compensation practices Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and HRIS/payroll systems Benefits Additional leave Company Christmas gift Company events Free parking Health insurance On-site parking Promotion to permanent employee
