Junior Architect

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support the design, planning, and execution of construction projects. The Architect will work closely with engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure that all architectural aspects meet design standards, regulatory requirements, and project timelines. Key Responsibilities Prepare architectural designs, plans, and specifications for assigned projects Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and consultants Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards Review and approve architectural drawings and shop drawings Assist in project documentation, reporting, and project close-out Address design issues and provide technical solutions during construction Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Licensed Architect (preferred) 2-3 years of experience in construction or project-based architectural work Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software Strong knowledge of building codes and construction standards Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month Benefits Additional leave Company Christmas gift Company events Opportunities for promotion Paid training Pay raise Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
