Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from planning through completion and turnover. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage overall construction activities and site operations. Develop, monitor, and update project schedules and milestones. Ensure projects are completed within the approved scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements . Lead and coordinate site engineers, supervisors, QA/QC, safety personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and resource requirements. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders. Review plans, specifications, work schedules, progress, and project documentation. Monitor project costs, accomplishments, variations, delays, and potential risks. Conduct regular site inspections and project coordination meetings. Ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, applicable standards, and company procedures. Prepare and review progress reports, project updates, and other required documentation. Resolve construction issues and implement appropriate corrective actions. Ensure proper project close-out, punch listing, documentation, and turnover. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field Licensed Engineer/Architect is preferred At least 5 years of relevant construction experience , with proven project management or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, cost control, and site operations Able to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, specifications, and contracts Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management/scheduling tools Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Highly organized and capable of managing multiple project requirements Willing to work on-site in Subic, Zambales
