Bellman / Concierge Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila Employment Type: Full-time Job Description We are looking for a Bellman / Concierge who will provide friendly and efficient assistance to hotel guests. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure Assist guests with luggage and escort them to their rooms Provide basic information about hotel facilities, nearby establishments, and transportation Assist guests with transportation arrangements when needed Respond to guest requests in a polite and professional manner Maintain a clean and organized lobby/guest area Coordinate with other hotel departments to address guest concerns Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications High School Graduate or College Level/Graduate With or without hotel experience; relevant experience is an advantage Must have basic English communication skills Able to understand and respond to simple questions and requests in English Customer-service oriented, friendly, and presentable Physically fit and willing to assist with guest luggage Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays Applicants residing in or near Alabang/Muntinlupa are encouraged to apply Pay: Php19,630.00 - Php21,000.00 per month Benefits Free parking Opportunities for promotion Promotion to permanent employee Staff meals provided Work Location: In person
