Area Operations Supervisor (Tarlac Area)

Job Summary We are looking for an Area Operations Supervisor to oversee and monitor the operations and performance of multiple branches within an assigned area. The role is responsible for ensuring consistent implementation of company policies, operational controls, compliance standards, customer service, and performance targets across assigned branches. Key Responsibilities Oversee and monitor the daily operations of multiple branches within the assigned area. Monitor branch performance in lending, appraisal, redemption, sales, and other operational activities. Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and internal controls across branches. Monitor cash handling, documentation, inventory, and other operational controls. Monitor branch targets, productivity, service quality, and overall operational performance. Provide coaching and guidance to Branch Managers, Supervisors, and branch personnel. Conduct regular branch visits and identify operational issues requiring corrective action. Review branch reports and ensure accurate and timely submission of required reports. Ensure compliance with company standards and applicable regulatory requirements. Address operational concerns and coordinate with Head Office and other departments for appropriate resolution. Support the training, onboarding, and development of branch personnel. Identify opportunities to improve branch productivity, efficiency, and customer service. Escalate significant operational, compliance, and performance concerns to management. Qualifications At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in area operations, branch operations, retail finance, pawnshop services, banking, or a related industry. Supervisory experience overseeing multiple branches or teams is preferred. Experience in pawnshop, retail banking, lending, or financial services is an advantage. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of branch operations, cash handling, inventory control, documentation, and compliance procedures. Ability to monitor and analyze branch targets, reports, and performance. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to conduct branch visits and field work within the assigned area. Willing to work on-site and support operational requirements as needed.
