Description Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept and development through market introduction and ongoing improvement Analyze market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and strengthen product positioning Develop sales enablement tools, product presentations and marketing collateral, and monitor sales performance and market penetration Collaborate with sales, marketing, quality-control and technical teams to tailor solutions and communicate product value to customers and partners Support demand and inventory planning, prepare product and market reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior management Requirements At least 4 years of experience in product management, business development or sales within the construction, building solutions or steel industry Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business or a related field; commercial knowledge is an advantage Strong market research, product lifecycle management, industrial project sales, leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer-focused messages and collaborate cross-functionally Benefits Attractive Salary + Other Allowances + Benefits Career Growth Opportunities Opportunity to develop product leadership, strategic marketing and technical-commercial expertise through cross-functional and industry exposure
