Customer Service Team Leader (AU Health Services, Officebased)

Schedule: 07:00 AM to 4:00 PM PHT (Monday to Friday) We’re looking for an experienced Team Lead - Patient Coordination & Bookings to lead and develop a team of Patient Booking Coordinators. You’ll be responsible for driving excellent patient service, accurate bookings, strong team performance, and efficient clinic scheduling.
