Salesforce Programmer Analyst Senior

About the role At Krell Consulting we are looking for a Senior Salesforce Programmer Analyst to join a stable, long-term project. The mission of the role will be to design and develop high-complexity Salesforce solutions , acting as the technical reference for the team and guaranteeing the scalability, quality, performance, and sustainability of the platform. What you'll do Technically lead developments and evolutions in Salesforce . Analyze requirements and define technical solutions. Design components, data models, automations, and integrations. Advanced development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, APIs, and native Salesforce capabilities . Evaluate the technical impact on existing functionalities. Define patterns, standards, and development best practices. Perform code reviews and supervise the technical quality of deliveries. Diagnose and resolve complex incidents in production. Optimize performance, Governor Limits consumption, and asynchronous processing. Design strategies for large volumes of data and transactions. Participate in technical estimations and planning of evolutions. Identify technical debt, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Coordinate technical dependencies with other systems and teams. Provide support and mentoring to less experienced profiles. Participate in architecture decisions alongside the Technical Lead / Architect . Contribute to the evolution of CI/CD, test automation, and DevOps practices . What we're looking for ‍ Experience: 5-7 years 5-7 years of professional experience . Solid experience in Salesforce development. Advanced mastery of Apex . Advanced experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) . Mastery of SOQL / SOSL . Experience with Salesforce Flow . Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations . Knowledge of performance optimization and Governor Limits . Experience with asynchronous processing and large volumes of data. Ability to take on technical responsibilities and perform code reviews . Minimum education: Higher Level Vocational Training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) or equivalent.
