Electrical Execution Engineer TL

About the Role Larsen & Toubro is seeking an Electrical Execution Engineer TL to join their team in Makkah, with work locations including Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on the execution and coordination of electrical construction activities within projects. Key Responsibilities Report to the construction/project manager to administer construction activities. Liaise with the construction/project manager, client, and subcontractor, and supervise allocated construction activities. Ensure compliance with specifications to meet client satisfaction. Develop detailed weekly programs for construction activities and prepare manpower/resource requirements for timely project completion. Prepare and submit daily reports. Coordinate construction activities for various electrical services to ensure and enforce correct sequencing. Conduct regular construction meetings with site staff and subcontractors to review, control, communicate, and assess progress. Ensure steady and timely progress against monthly schedules and facilitate measurement & certification of subcontractor invoices. Ensure all information related to technical drawings, electrical equipment lists, construction equipment lists, and technical specifications is updated and readily available. Ensure submission of marked-up drawings and test reports. Implement the established Quality Assurance & EHS Plan throughout the site. Check the relevance and accuracy of documentation during inter-disciplinary coordination and resolve construction-related problems swiftly and appropriately. Promote a favorable work culture to encourage ethical and professional practice by all employees at the project site. Address significant issues before they adversely impact the company and client. Perform any other tasks/duties as designated by the Project/Construction Manager. Experience and Qualifications Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field. The role requires a strong understanding of electrical execution processes and the ability to manage construction activities effectively. Work Environment This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to project sites in Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves working closely with project management, clients, and subcontractors in a dynamic construction environment.
