About the Role Marriott International is seeking a Cluster Reservation Agent for the Courtyard by Marriott Riyadh Olaya. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, open exclusively to Saudi Nationals. Role Overview The Cluster Reservation Agent is responsible for managing reservation inquiries and bookings across a cluster of properties. This role ensures efficient and accurate handling of guest reservations, contributing to guest satisfaction and operational effectiveness within the hotel group. Key Responsibilities Process reservation requests accurately and efficiently. Handle guest inquiries regarding room availability, rates, and hotel services. Maintain detailed and organized reservation records. Communicate effectively with guests and internal departments. Ensure compliance with hotel reservation policies and procedures. Qualifications and Requirements Must be a Saudi National. Ability to work full-time in Riyadh. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in reservation systems is preferred. Compensation The salary offered for this position is 5500 SAR per month.
