Showroom Sales Representative

About the Role AlRomaih Industrial Commercial Group is seeking a Showroom Sales Representative to join our team in Hafar Al Batin. This full-time position focuses on providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining an organized showroom environment. Key Responsibilities Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide high-level service both before and after sales. Guide customers through product selection, assist with color and product coordination, calculate quantities, and finalize orders, ensuring proper invoicing and delivery. Maintain showroom organization and cleanliness, ensuring marketing materials like brochures and catalogs are readily available. Achieve established sales targets as outlined in the sales plan. Fulfill management goals and implement required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Process online customer requests and update the e-commerce platform, considering item availability and stock levels. Ensure adequate stock of all items, particularly fast-moving products, by adhering to ordering policies (minimum/maximum levels) and the first-in, first-out (FIFO) principle to prevent dead stock. Report all missing products in the main store to the direct manager. Arrange goods in warehouses according to policy guidelines to ensure accurate stock records and prevent discrepancies during periodic inventory checks. Submit financial reports to the regional accountant as required and deposit daily cash sales into the company’s account. Provide regular reports to the direct manager on competitor activities and promotions. Handle customer complaints professionally and report them to the direct manager. Collaborate with other branches to facilitate the resale of slow-moving items. Implement company policies and instructions. Submit periodic reports on achievements, challenges, and failures to the direct manager. Propose ideas and suggestions to enhance the sales process and value. Execute job-related activities using safe and environmentally sound methods. Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager. Work Environment This is a full-time position based in our showroom in Hafar Al Batin, Saudi Arabia, requiring coordination with various team members including assistants, workers, and drivers.
