Guest Experience Agent The EDITION

About the Role Edition is seeking a Guest Experience Agent to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are dedicated to providing exceptional guest service and ensuring all inquiries and requests are handled efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Answer, record, and process all guest requests, questions, or concerns through various communication channels including telephone, email, chat, and mobile devices. Operate the telephone switchboard, manage guest wake-up call requests, and direct calls to the appropriate extensions. Receive, record, and relay messages accurately and promptly. Log all guest requests or issues into the computer system, contact relevant departments (*, Bellperson, Housekeeping), and follow up with guests to confirm satisfactory resolution. Provide guests with comprehensive information regarding room features, property amenities, and local points of interest. Process room service orders, answer menu-related questions, and record transactions using the point-of-sale system. Assist guests with internet access and in-room entertainment systems. Operational Standards and Conduct Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation. Communicate clearly and professionally, using appropriate telephone etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and support team goals. Comply with all quality assurance expectations and standards. Physical Requirements Ability to read and visually verify information in various formats. Capability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire work shift. Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent. Related Work Experience: No related work experience is required. Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required.
