About the Role Marriott International is seeking a Supervisor Systems to join their team in Makkah, with operations also extending to Jeddah. This full-time position involves overseeing and resolving technical issues related to computer software and systems, providing essential technical guidance, and implementing process improvements. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems concerning computer software and systems. Provide technical guidance and recommendations to address business problems. Analyze, recommend, and implement process improvements for system efficiency. Operate computer and peripheral equipment by entering commands and activating controls. Support, manage, and maintain application programs and user accounts. Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems, and remedial actions. Train users in the proper use of hardware or software. Manage and coordinate planning, design, operations, maintenance, and resource allocation for telecommunications activities, including client/server support. Advise on administrative policies, procedures, technical problems, priorities, and methods related to telecommunications. Team Leadership and Support Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees. Serve as a role model and the initial point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. Develop and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals. Listen and respond appropriately to employee concerns. Operational Compliance and Efficiency Adhere to all company policies and procedures and protect company assets. Communicate professionally and clearly with others. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Identify, recommend, develop, and implement new methods to enhance organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-savings. Required Qualifications 2-5 years of relevant experience. Ability to visually verify information. Proficiency in entering and locating information using computers and Point of Sale (POS) systems. Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Work Environment This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to Jeddah. The role requires a proactive approach to system management and team leadership within a dynamic environment.
