The company is a government-aligned development entity focused on large-scale tourism and infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia, playing a strategic role in national development initiatives. The Role of Vice President Project Development The Vice President Project Development will lead projects from the feasibility stage through investment approval and into early execution. This full-time role involves managing various critical aspects of project development, ensuring alignment with national objectives and commercial viability. Key Responsibilities Leading project development from feasibility studies to investment approval and early execution. Managing master planning processes for large-scale projects. Conducting and overseeing financial modelling to assess project viability. Ensuring effective stakeholder alignment with government entities, advisors, and delivery partners. Developing and implementing project development strategies. Focusing on the commercial viability and investor-readiness of projects. Supporting portfolio-level planning and prioritisation initiatives. Candidate Profile and Requirements Demonstrated senior experience in project development, infrastructure, or large-scale real estate environments. Strong exposure to feasibility studies and investment case development. Proven experience in stakeholder management. Experience working on Saudi mega or giga projects is highly advantageous. Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking and commercial rigour. Credibility in government-facing roles. Work Location This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
