About the Role Cloud Spaces is seeking a Cloud Ambassador Receptionist to manage the reception area and provide client support in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves being the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment within a premium business setting. Role Purpose The Cloud Ambassador Receptionist is responsible for delivering high-quality service, maintaining smooth daily operations, and supporting clients and visitors. This position plays a key part in upholding Cloud Spaces' service standards and contributing to a positive workplace environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome clients and guests with professionalism and hospitality, ensuring interactions align with Cloud Spaces’ standards. Support new client onboarding, including phone setup, system orientation, and personalized reception assistance. Manage daily reception operations, which include handling calls, bookings, couriers, meeting rooms, and video conferencing support. Provide customer service by sharing information and insights to enhance visitor experiences. Operate and maintain communication and IT systems such as IP phones, interactive screens, and booking platforms. Collaborate with the team and management to maintain an efficient and cooperative workplace. Performance Objectives Master all reception and operational systems within the initial three months of employment. Consistently deliver a high standard of service that reflects Cloud Spaces’ premium quality. Ensure seamless daily operations and contribute to a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. Work Environment This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a modern business environment. The position offers exposure to client relations, operations management, and business development within a collaborative setting.
