HR Manager – Selebi Phikwe Citrus

Selebi Phikwe Citrus is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the full human resources function across its farming and packhouse operations. The role combines strategic people leadership with hands-on operational delivery in a large, seasonal agricultural environment. The successful candidate will build a capable and productive workforce, maintain sound employee relations, strengthen HR governance and ensure that permanent and seasonal employees are recruited, inducted, developed and managed in a fair, safe and legally compliant manner.
