WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE University degree Minimum 5 years of related experience Minimum 3 years of managerial experience WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY Execute integrated/multi-channel go-to-market plans, campaigns and activations, programming and events Execution of community engagement plan (incl. if requested by MP Manager with local authority engagement) Securing MP-level partner activation through C&M plans Secure MP-level integrated performance measurement and reporting including customer segmentation and customer needs identificaiton (can be also input for the tenant mix improvements) Create and secure content across MP channels OUR TEAM WITHIN IKEA Lead the meeting place marketing & activation agenda to achieve meeting place goals ​
