Senior Java Developer | Spring Boot

About the role We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join a long-term project in a complex technological environment, working mainly on backend development and the evolution of existing systems. We are looking for a profile with solid experience in Java and Spring Boot , accustomed to working with complex architectures and legacy systems, as well as with APIs and event-driven architectures. What you'll do Development and evolution of backend applications with Java and Spring Boot . Design, development, and maintenance of REST APIs . Working with persistence using JPA and JDBC . Analysis, maintenance, and evolution of complex systems and legacy environments. Participation in the design and implementation of event-driven architectures. Development of robust, scalable, and maintainable code. Resolution of incidents and technical problems. Collaboration with technical teams and active participation in design decisions. Application of development best practices and code quality. What we're looking for More than 4 years of professional experience . Minimum 4 years of experience with Java + Spring Boot . This requirement is a blocker. Experience developing REST APIs . Experience with JPA and JDBC . Experience as a Senior Backend Developer . Experience working with complex and/or legacy systems . Knowledge of event-driven architectures . English B2+/C1 fluent , both oral and written. Nice to have Experience in distributed architectures and microservices. Experience in high-criticality enterprise environments. Knowledge of messaging and asynchronous processing. Experience in the modernization or evolution of legacy applications. Experience working with agile methodologies. How you'll work 100% remote. Long-term project. English B2+/C1. We are looking for A Senior Backend professional, with a very solid technical foundation in Java and Spring Boot , autonomy, and experience working on complex systems. It is essential to meet the minimum of 4 years of experience in Java + Spring Boot , in addition to real experience in backend, REST APIs, JPA/JDBC, and legacy systems.
