We need a Data Engineer who can design and scale data systems thoughtfully—building pipelines and architectures that turn data into a strategic asset, not a bottleneck. You will: Design and maintain scalable, reliable data pipelines across platforms Ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility across teams Support analytics, reporting, and decision-making with trusted datasets Partner with product, operations, and leadership to translate data needs into solutions Implement data governance, documentation, and best practices to support long-term scale Optimize data workflows and performance as data volumes and use cases grow You’re not just moving data. You think in systems, care deeply about quality, and understand that good decisions start with good data. You enjoy building for scale, but never lose sight of the people and impact behind the numbers.
