Financial Controller

You will own end-to-end accounting for the Singapore entities, run monthly and year-end close, prepare management and statutory reporting, maintain financial controls, manage audit obligations, and provide financial insight, budgets, forecasts, and process improvements. Responsibilities ---------------- * Own end-to-end accounting across Singapore entities * Run month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, accruals, and intercompany eliminations * Produce management accounts and entity P&L reporting * Prepare IFRS statutory financial statements and manage the annual audit * Ensure accurate accounting for digital assets, trading, client assets, and multi-currency transactions * Maintain the internal control environment and support regulatory readiness * Oversee ACRA and IRAS obligations * Provide financial insight, budgeting, forecasting, and capital-planning support * Implement process improvements and automation Requirements ------------ * Chartered Accountant qualification or equivalent * Expert knowledge of IFRS * 8–12 years of accounting experience across professional practice and industry * Familiarity with cryptocurrency and digital asset trading activity * Experience in a MAS-regulated Major Payment Institution or CMS licensee preferred * Experience owning a statutory audit end to end * Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency * NetSuite proficiency preferred * Experience working with a global head office Benefits -------- * Bonus * Stock options * Computer equipment * Generous paid time off
