THINGS WE’RE LOOKING FOR: - Demonstrated expertise in managing and driving high-stakes partnerships and negotiations. - Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments — you cherish taking ownership and thinking strategically. - Aptitude for quickly diving into complex topics and gaining a strong enough understanding to credibly discuss them with technical audiences, such as scientists. THIS ROLE ISN’T FOR YOU IF: - You want a remote job. We value collaboration and physical time together. We’re in the office three days per week. - You want to stay within your area of expertise and you prefer structured environments. We’re a small team moving at extreme pace in an environment with plenty of ambiguity. We’re building and learning on the fly—and everyone’s a generalist. - You’re not comfortable with regular travel. - You’re looking for a short term gig. We’re building for the long term and looking for people ready to grow with us for 5-10 years.
