Learning Experience Designer

You will design learning programs spanning onboarding, technical training, qualification, certification, and ongoing proficiency. You will translate operational, technical, and safety requirements into hands-on and digital learning experiences, maintain curricula and assessments, use learning technologies and AI, and measure learning effectiveness. Responsibilities ---------------- * Design vehicle-operations learning programs from onboarding through advanced technical training and certification * Partner with operations leaders, engineers, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to identify capability gaps * Create hands-on and digital learning experiences, including instructor-led training, simulations, assessments, and job aids * Apply learning science and performance-based design to business needs * Use AI and learning technologies to scale and personalize learning * Build and maintain learning content, curricula, learning paths, materials, assessments, and digital experiences * Measure and improve learning effectiveness using feedback, proficiency data, operational performance, and business outcomes Requirements ------------ * 4+ years of experience in learning experience design, instructional design, technical training, or learning program management * Knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, needs analysis, and learning assessment * Experience with Articulate Storyline/Rise or similar authoring tools * Ability to translate complex business, technical, and operational requirements into learning solutions * Experience developing LMS, e-learning, documentation, presentation, video, and instructor-led learning * Project management and execution skills * Communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and subject matter expert partnership skills Benefits -------- * Equity in the form of options and/or restricted stock units * Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance * 401k retirement benefits with employer match * Learning and wellness stipends * Paid time off
