Job Expectations: Position Type: Experienced - Senior Manager Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Direct Hire) Work Setup & Location: Flexible Hybrid (2-3x onsite per week) - BGC, Taguig Work Schedule: Weekdays; Mid Shift Industry: Global Accounting Firm About the Job: We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect - Senior Manager to join our client's Salesforce practice within the Commercial & Service Excellence network. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, analyze client needs, and develop tailored solutions that improve operational efficiency and support strategic business objectives. You will provide technical guidance across Salesforce projects, with a strong focus on Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, enterprise integration, and emerging technologies. You will also work closely with clients and internal teams to validate solutions, provide training and support, and drive continuous improvement across Salesforce implementations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to improve client operational efficiency and support strategic objectives. Analyze client requirements and develop tailored Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs. Provide technical guidance in the planning and execution of Salesforce projects. Leverage Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud to design and enhance client solutions. Lead complex Salesforce implementations, including technology integrations and adoption of emerging technologies. Work closely with clients and stakeholders to identify business challenges, validate solutions, and incorporate feedback into delivery. Promote innovative design, process standardization, and technology integration to improve business performance. Develop training materials and conduct workshops to support Salesforce adoption and effective application use. Validate data integrity and compliance within Salesforce environments. Guide and coach teams in delivering Salesforce solutions and resolving complex technical and business challenges. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of professional experience, with substantial experience in Salesforce solution design, implementation, and consulting. Advanced experience with Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. Strong experience in enterprise integration and systems project management. Experience leading complex Salesforce implementations and integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications are an advantage.
