Barista – French Cafe/Restaurant We are seeking for a Barista for a French cafe located in Greenhills Mall, San Juan City . This position is for someone with cafe experience who is proficient in both beverage preparation and front-of-house service. Job Responsibilities Prepare espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, and other beverages consistently and accurately Maintain high standards of quality, flavor, and presentation Deliver attentive, professional, and welcoming customer service Keep the coffee station and dining area clean, organized, and compliant with food safety regulations Perform basic equipment maintenance and arrange servicing when needed Assist with daily prep work, restocking, and inventory management Collaborate collaboratively with the team members to ensure efficient and seamless service Qualifications At least 2–3 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role Knowledge in a variety of coffee preparation techniques and proficient in operating espresso machines Willing and capable of performing both barista responsibilities and front-of-house duties, including taking orders, serving guests, and providing assistance Completion of barista training or TESDA NC II certification is an advantage Background in Hospitality Management, HRM, or a related field is preferred Familiarity with coffee bean roasting or roasting techniques is a PLUS!
