What you'll be doing Prepare a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to the highest standards Greet and interact with customers, understanding their preferences and making recommendations Ensure the café area is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the café area, equipment, and workstations Assist with inventory management and order placement as needed Contribute to a positive and engaging customer experience Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly Perform other tasks assigned by management What we're looking for Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role Strong knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation techniques Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
