Guest Experience Associate

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field. With experience in hotel, resort, or customer service is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-service oriented and guest-focused. Good observation and problem-solving skills. Able to monitor and evaluate employee performance fairly. Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented. Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision. Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules. Proficient in basic computer applications such as MS Word and Excel.
