Tile Quantity Surveyor / Stone & Tile Estimator( Onsite-Graveyard)

Location: Mandaue City, Cebu Work Setup: Onsite Schedule: Graveyard Shift / US Hours Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Tile Quantity Surveyor / Stone & Tile Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with stone and tile takeoffs, quantity surveying, construction estimating, and interpreting architectural and construction plans. This role requires strong attention to detail and accurate calculation of material quantities, review of drawings and specifications, and preparation of detailed takeoffs based on project requirements. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate stone and tile material quantity takeoffs from architectural and construction plans. Review and interpret construction drawings, architectural plans, specifications, dimensions, and project details. Calculate required quantities of tiles, stone, and other related materials based on project plans. Prepare detailed and accurate quantity takeoffs and estimates for construction projects. Identify and account for dimensions, areas, layouts, patterns, waste factors, and other relevant project requirements. Review plans and specifications carefully to identify potential discrepancies or missing information. Use estimating and construction software to complete takeoffs and organize project information. Coordinate with internal teams and other project stakeholders when clarification is needed. Ensure all takeoffs and estimates are completed accurately and within project deadlines. Maintain organized records and documentation related to estimates and quantity takeoffs. Adapt to different project requirements, drawing formats, and client specifications. Work independently while maintaining consistent quality, accuracy, and productivity. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in stone and tile takeoffs, quantity surveying, construction estimating, or a closely related field. Strong hands-on experience performing material quantity takeoffs from architectural/construction plans. Experience with stone and tile construction or estimating is strongly preferred. Proficient in: AutoCAD Bluebeam Microsoft Office PlanSwift Procore Ability to accurately read and interpret architectural drawings, construction plans, specifications, and dimensions. Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when calculating material quantities. Highly organized and able to manage multiple project requirements and deadlines. Reliable, responsible, and capable of working independently. Adaptable and willing to learn new processes, software, and project requirements. Comfortable working a graveyard/US-based schedule and reporting onsite.
