Front Office Associate - (Bellman Reliever)

We are seeking an energetic, physically active, and customer-focused Front Office Associate - Bellman Reliever to join our hospitality team. In this dual-role position, you will be the face of our hotel—handling guest check-ins, answering inquiries, and managing reservations, while stepping in as a Bellman during peak hours or scheduled shift coverage to assist guests with heavy luggage and transportation. Key Responsibilities Front Office: Welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out procedures, handle room payments, and answer phone calls or email inquiries. Bellman Relief: Assist guests with luggage handling, escort them to their rooms, provide property orientation, and store baggage securely. Physical Support: Routinely lift, stack, and move heavy luggage, oversized packages, and guest equipment. Guest Relations: Address guest requests or concerns promptly to deliver an exceptional stay experience. Operations: Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams regarding room status and guest requests. Concierge Support: Offer local recommendations, arrange taxi/shuttle services, and provide directions. Qualifications Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is a plus. Prior experience in hotel front desk operations, concierge, or luggage assistance preferred. Strong physical stamina and ability to comfortably lift and carry heavy luggage (50+ lbs / 23+ kg) continuously throughout a shift. Excellent communication, guest service, and interpersonal skills. Flexible schedule, including availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Hotel Management Systems (PMS) is an advantage.
