Project Estimator

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Estimator – Natural Stone to join our team (Pulilan Office) Position: Project Estimator – Natural Stone Employment: Full-Time Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for natural stone projects Review project plans, drawings, specifications, and material requirements Calculate quantities, material costs, labor, fabrication, installation, and other project expenses Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, designers, and project teams Conduct material take-offs and evaluate project requirements Monitor pricing and maintain updated cost databases Assist in preparing bids and proposals Ensure estimates are accurate, competitive, and submitted on time Qualifications: Experience in natural stone, architectural stone, construction, or related industries (preferred but not required) Previous experience in project estimating or quantity take-off (preferred but not required) Knowledge of marble, granite, quartzite, limestone, travertine, and other natural stone materials is an advantage Strong mathematical and analytical skills Ability to read architectural drawings and project specifications Proficient in Excel and estimating software/tools Knowledgeable and proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp for reviewing drawings, preparing layouts, and understanding project details Excellent attention to detail and time management Strong communication and coordination skills Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month Benefits Company events Free parking Promotion to permanent employee Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
