Job Description: Salary Range: 30,000-40,000 Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 9pm - 6am Benefits: Leave Benefits : 5 Sick Leaves + 10 Vacation Leaves Allowances : Rice, Clothing/Uniform, Medical, and Meal Allowance Healthcare : HMO with 1 free dependent Parental Support : Paid Maternity and Paternity Leave Government Contributions : SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG Responsibilities: Prepare Bill of Quantities, take-offs, and estimates. Determine variables for cost and other estimates. Read, analyse, or use construction plans to prepare take-offs and estimates. Pull a comprehensive estimation of labour costs, materials, and construction timeline. Obtain and review pricing and build relationships with key vendors (subcontractors, suppliers, and engineers). Purchase of materials and Quantity Surveying. General project and contract administration support as required and report to Senior Estimator. Perform other related duties as required. Requirements: Experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor or similar role. Experience in the commercial doors and hardware industry is an advantage. Knowledge in BlueBeam, Emullion or Comsense estimating software. Knowledge in AutoCad and/or other design software and can read construction plans. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Outstanding organisation and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Thorough and reliable, possess a positive attitude.
