Project Engineer / Estimator

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Required Skill(s): Surveyor, Estimate, Plan swift, Tendering, Procurement. At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Detail-oriented and organized Experience in construction industry preferably in fit-out, mid to high rise buildings Experience in sourcing of materials Willing to start immediately able to work in Manila This role involves quantity surveying and cost estimation for construction projects. You will prepare detailed quantity take-offs, bill of quantities, and project cost estimates based on plans, specifications, and project requirements across civil, architectural, MEPF, and other construction works. Key responsibilities Prepare detailed quantity take-offs based on plans, specifications, and BOQ Measure and calculate quantities of materials, labor, equipment, and other project requirements Prepare accurate project cost estimates Review drawings and identify discrepancies, omissions, and potential cost impacts Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ) Develop unit rates for materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, and other costs Review RFQs, tender documents, plans, specifications, and scope of work Prepare bid proposals and detailed cost breakdowns Monitor actual project costs against the approved budget Prepare Progress Billing / Progress Accomplishment Reports Pay: Php13,900.00 - Php18,000.00 per month Benefits Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
