Driver/Helper

Key Responsibilities: Safely drive company vehicles to transport personnel, tools, equipment, and materials to and from project sites. Assist in loading, unloading, and proper handling of solar PV materials and equipment. Support the installation team in site preparation, material handling, and other project-related tasks Ensure proper securing and safe transport of materials and equipment. Conduct basic vehicle checks and report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs. Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned vehicle. Follow traffic regulations, company policies, and workplace safety standards. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications: At least High School or Senior High School graduate. With a valid driver's license appropriate for the assigned vehicle. With 1–2 years of driving experience; experience in project sites or construction is an advantage. Physically fit and willing to perform manual work and material handling. Responsible, reliable, and safety-conscious. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Willing to stay at the project site, when required.
