Company Driver

Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and professional Company Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation for company personnel, documents, equipment, and other business-related items. The successful candidate must have excellent driving skills, knowledge of local routes, and a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Safely transport company executives, employees, clients, and authorized personnel to designated locations. Pick up and deliver documents, supplies, equipment, and other company materials as required. Ensure the assigned company vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good operating condition. Conduct routine checks of the vehicle, including fuel, tires, oil, brakes, lights, and other essential components. Follow all traffic rules, company policies, and safety regulations. Plan routes efficiently and account for traffic and weather conditions. Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance. Report vehicle issues, accidents, traffic violations, or other concerns to management immediately. Assist with loading and unloading items when necessary. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling company personnel, documents, and information. Perform other driving and administrative duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Valid professional driver's license. At least 1–2 years of experience as a company, personal, family, or delivery driver is preferred. Familiarity with major roads and routes within Metro Manila and nearby areas. Good driving record with no serious traffic violations. Physically fit and capable of assisting with loading and unloading. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting. Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. Professional appearance and good communication skills. Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays, or overtime when required. Willing to travel or handle out-of-town assignments when needed. Preferred Skills Strong knowledge of navigation apps such as Google Maps or Waze. Good time-management and organizational skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in heavy traffic or stressful situations. Basic knowledge of defensive driving and road safety. Customer-service-oriented attitude.
