Company Driver/Messenger

Job Description We are looking for a reliable and responsible Driver / Messenger who will assist in the delivery and collection of documents, purchasing and canvassing of materials, and other field and company errands. The position may also assist in processing transactions with government offices, banks, suppliers, and clients. Responsibilities Deliver and collect documents, materials, and other company items. Conduct purchasing, canvassing, and pick-up of materials and supplies. Process transactions with government agencies, banks, suppliers, and clients. Drive company personnel when required. Operate a motorcycle, car, or light truck as needed. Assist with company errands and logistics requirements. Ensure the proper handling and safekeeping of documents, materials, and items in transit. Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of assigned vehicles. Perform basic vehicle checks and report maintenance concerns. Perform other field-related duties assigned by Management. Qualifications At least High School Graduate or equivalent. Must have a valid Driver's License. Must have and be able to use their own motorcycle for field and messenger duties. Must know how to drive a motorcycle, car, and light truck. Familiar with routes within Metro Manila and nearby provinces. Experience as a Driver, Messenger, Purchaser, or related position is an advantage. Knowledgeable in processing transactions with government agencies, banks, suppliers, and clients. Trustworthy, responsible, punctual, and reliable. Physically fit and able to perform fieldwork. Can work with minimal supervision. Willing to render overtime and travel when necessary.
