About the role This role involves safely transporting staff, clients, and guests to designated locations in a timely manner, as well as delivering and picking up documents, packages, or office supplies as requested. Key responsibilities Safely transport staff, clients, and guests to designated locations in a timely manner Deliver and pick up documents, packages, or office supplies as requested Perform daily inspections of the company vehicle (checking oil, fuel, tires, brakes, and lights) Ensure the vehicle is clean, sanitized, and properly maintained Maintain an accurate logbook of all trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, destination, and departure/arrival times Adhere to all traffic laws and road safety regulations Ensure passengers wear seatbelts and follow all safety protocols Plan routes effectively to avoid traffic congestion and ensure punctuality for appointments and meetings Promptly report any accidents, vehicle malfunctions, or traffic violations to management Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold the company's reputation while interacting with clients and staff
