DRIVER

Job Summary: The Company Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services to support daily business operations. This role includes transporting employees, guests, documents, and goods; ensuring proper vehicle care and maintenance; and assisting with various administrative and logistical needs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Safe and Efficient Transportation a. Drive company vehicles to transport staff, guests, documents, and goods as required. b. Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off based on schedules or instructions. 2. Vehicle Maintenance and Inspection a. Conduct daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, brakes, tires, lights, etc.) b. Report any mechanical issues or damages immediately c. Ensure regular servicing and cleanliness of the vehicle. 3. Compliance with Traffic Laws a. Adhere strictly to traffic rules and regulations b. Maintain a valid professional driver’s license and other required documents 4. Documentation and Reporting a. Maintain accurate Daily Movement Report, Fuel consumption records, and maintenance reports b. Submit reports on vehicle usage and any incidents encountered during trips. 5. Support for Administrative Tasks a. Assist in delivering and collecting documents, parcels, or supplies. b. Provide logistical support during company events or activities. 6. Customer Service and Professional Conduct a. Exhibit courteous and respectful behavior toward passengers and clients. b. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. 7. Route Planning and Navigation a. Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays and traffic congestion. b. Use navigation tools when necessary. Qualifications: At least High School Graduate Valid professional Driver’s license (restriction Codes – 1,2 and 3 or equivalent Excellent driving record with no violations Knowledge of traffic laws and road safety regulations Ability to drive types of vehicles (e.g. sedans, vans, pickups) Pay: Php18,000.00 per month Benefits Health insurance Opportunities for promotion Pay raise Work Location: In person
